Mersin’s Mediterranean district D400 Highway Mersin-Tarsus direction Bağlarbaşı position styrofoam plant, yet unidentified fire broke out.
Upon the notice, a large number of fire brigades were referred to the Mersin Metropolitan Municipality.
Due to the flammability of the products in the factory, the fire which was barely intervened was controlled with difficulty. There was no loss of life or injury in the fire, but there was great damage at the factory. Police launched an investigation into the incident.
